Day 01 & 02 – Arrival / Kalpitiya

Arrive in Sri Lanka and transfer to Kalpitiya, a serene coastal town known for kite surfing and dolphins. Spend two days unwinding on the beach and enjoying boat trips to spot playful dolphins. Explore mangroves or simply relax at your resort. Overnight in Kalpitiya.

Day 03 – Kalpitiya / Wilpattu / Anuradhapura

Travel towards Wilpattu National Park, the largest in Sri Lanka. Take a jeep safari through its unique villu (natural lakes) ecosystem to spot leopards, elephants, and sloth bears. Continue to Anuradhapura, the island’s first capital, and check in. Overnight in Anuradhapura.

Day 04 – Anuradhapura / Sigiriya / Minneriya

Drive to Sigiriya and immerse in a traditional Sri Lankan village tour. In the evening, head to Minneriya National Park for a thrilling jeep safari, famous for its elephant gatherings. Return to your hotel and relax. Overnight in Sigiriya.

Day 05 – Sigiriya / Dambulla / Sigiriya

Visit the UNESCO-listed Dambulla Cave Temple, renowned for its colorful murals and statues. Later, climb the Sigiriya Rock Fortress at sunset for breathtaking views. The rest of the evening is free for leisure. Overnight in Sigiriya.

Day 06 – Sigiriya / Matale / Kandy

Depart for Kandy, stopping at the Matale Spice Gardens to learn about Sri Lanka’s rich culinary heritage. Enjoy a head-and-shoulders massage during your visit. Arrive in Kandy, the cultural capital, and settle in. Overnight in Kandy.

Day 07 – Kandy / Ramboda / Nuwara Eliya

After breakfast, visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic in Kandy. Continue via Ramboda Falls to Nuwara Eliya, often called “Little England.” Explore its colonial charm, tea estates, and cool climate. Overnight in Nuwara Eliya.

Day 08 – Nuwara Eliya / Train Ride / Ella

Board a scenic train ride through the misty highlands, a highlight of Sri Lanka travel. Arrive in Ella and enjoy a relaxed exploration of its attractions. Visit Nine Arch Bridge and climb Little Adam’s Peak. Overnight in Ella.

Day 09 & 10 – Ella / Arugam Bay

Spend the morning of Day 09 exploring Ella before driving to Arugam Bay, Sri Lanka’s surf paradise. Relax on the sandy beaches or take in the laid-back atmosphere. Enjoy two nights here with options for surfing, lagoon safaris, or yoga. Overnight in Arugam Bay.

Day 11 – Arugam Bay / Yala

Travel to Yala National Park, home to the world’s highest density of leopards. Embark on an afternoon jeep safari to see elephants, spotted deer, crocodiles, and more. Relax at your lodge after an adventurous day. Overnight in Yala.

Day 12 – Yala / Udawalawe

Depart Yala and head to Udawalawe National Park, famous for its large elephant herds. Enjoy a jeep safari across grasslands and reservoirs. Later, check into your lodge. Overnight in Udawalawe.

Day 13 & 14 – Udawalawe / Unawatuna (with Galle & Mirissa)

Continue to the southern coast and check into a beach resort in Unawatuna. Over two days, relax by the beach, visit Galle Fort, and enjoy a whale-watching excursion from Mirissa (seasonal). You may also take a cycling tour through local villages. Overnight in Unawatuna.

Day 15 – Unawatuna / Departure
